Each of the mainline Naruto Storm games are coming to current-generation consoles this summer. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy chakra-dashes onto PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 25.
The legacy bundles includes each of the numbered Storm games, including Storm 4, which came out last year. Each game will have "all of the major downloadable content," including Storm 4's Road to Boruto DLC.
Storm Legacy will be available digitally for $69.99, while a physical edition that comes with a Steelbook case, art book, and a Naruto anime will be available for $79.99.
For those who already own Storm 4, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy is a separate bundle that only includes the newly remastered titles.
These bundles are particularly noteworthy in that it's the first time the original Naruto Storm game will be available on an Xbox console. Also, given the Storm games' cinematic and detailed recreations of Naruto's story, these games will be the perfect way for a Naruto newcomer to play through a tweaked and abridged version of the manga.
Craig's Take
Given I've primarily been an Xbox player, I've always wanted to play the original Storm but have never gotten the chance. That being said, the price has to be right, so I'm hoping it's under $20 per individual title.
